Utilising the range of landscapes and habitats and the natural quiet the South West has to offer, we record foley not only in the studio but in the field, with sessions carefully planned and designed for maximum foley potential.
We've got a combined two decades of experience across all aspects of audio post production including sound effects editing for HETV drama, feature documentaries and blue-chip natural history.

George Baynes is a foley artist, mixer and musician who brings his sense of rhythm and ear for detail along with his organisational and client liasing skills. He graduated under the mentorship of internationally-respected re-recording mixer Martyn Harries and worked for several years at Wounded Buffalo's Foley barn on multiple blue-chip natural history series and features before establishing A–B – named after the microphone recording technique – in 2026.
Nicholas Allan is a sound designer of 15 years, with experience across roles and genres for HETV , feature films and soundscape/art/installation. Sound effects editor for Hinterland, eight series of Death in Paradise and five series of Unforgotten, and foley mixer, editor and artist for multiple drama and blue chip natural history series, he loves trying to craft the perfect sound.
